Payment Terms

A. CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)

Under this scheme, CNF costs plus insurance are covered by the exporter.

Payment is made via Wire/Telegraphic Transfer (TT), following this process:

A 35% deposit is required to initiate the order
The remaining 65% balance is due once we send a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) to your email
Once full payment is received, the original export documents will be sent to your complete address

Certificate of Fumigation
Certificate of ISPM 15
Certificate of Insurance

B. FOB (Free On Board)

As with the CIF scheme, payment is made via TT with a 35% deposit and the balance due upon receipt of the B/L copy, followed by the original documents once payment is completed in full.

Wash Basin Packing Methods

We offer three packing methods for our wash basin products, optimized for efficient container loading:

1. Individual Packing (Carton Box + Wooden Crate)

Each unit is packed in a carton box with 1 cm styrofoam protection, then secured in an outer wooden crate. With this method, container capacity can reach up to 32 CBM (cubication). Full cubication details are available in our price list.

2. Palletized Unit Packing

Each unit is packed in a carton box with 1 cm styrofoam protection and arranged on a pallet. This method allows a loading capacity of up to 480 pieces — applicable for wash basins with diameters of 40, 45, and 50 cm at 15 cm height. Each pallet holds 24 pieces, with a total of 20 pallets per 20ft container.

3. Palletized Pedestal Packing

Each pedestal is packed in a carton box with 1 cm styrofoam protection and arranged on a pallet. This method allows a loading capacity of up to 96 pieces — applicable for pedestals with diameters of 40–45 cm at 90 cm height. Each pallet holds 6 pieces, with a total of 16 pallets per 20ft container.

Understanding Containerized Shipments

When shipping by sea, the total weight and volume ("cube") of your cargo determine the size and number of containers required. Cube refers to the cubic measurement of your goods, which directly affects container selection and shipping cost.

Standard container capacities:

- 20' is about 1,170 cu. ft. (32.8 CBM)

- 40' is about 2,385 cu. ft. (67.1 CBM)
