1.Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 25 km radius of our quarry for a small fuel charge and outside the radius, we charge based upon mileage. We can help you arrange out of state deliveries. All out of state deliveries are palletized. Call us with your delivery address so we can provide you with an accurate quote. Most deliveries arrive within 7-14 business days, but delivery can be expedited when necessary.

2. What color does flagstone come in?
Our flagstone at Interlink Stone comes in earthy tones ranging from yellow to orange, red, brown, and also white. We offer both flagstones for the exterior of a house as well as decorative boulders.

3. Can you use drystack without mortar?
Drystack is cut in a variety of sizes and comes in both rust and white colors. The larger stone can be used without mortar depending on the height of a free standing wall.

4. Do you have masons for installation?
Interlink Stone does not offer masons but we can suggest masons within the area if we know of skilled people in the area that we have worked with previously. Always work with someone who comes with previous references that can be checked and view some of his/her previous work.

5. Do you palletize?
Yes, we do. All orders that are to be shipped out of state must be palletized.

6. What is profiled stone?
Profiled stone is dimensional stone that has curves and other “specialty cuts” for specific areas of the home such as windows, doors, etc.

7. Can you match existing work?
Yes, we can match what you have. Send us a clear digital photograph and if the location is close at hand, we will visit the area upon request. A sample will be created and sent to you for approval first. You can also bring your own samples to our quarry for matching.

8. Can you personalize work for me?
Yes. Interlink Stone personalizes stones for customers. Send us a request with what you would like and any images you may have. You can also call us for pricing.

9. How do I send you photographs?
You can send us photographs directly via email. Please keep your file sizes to 1 MB or smaller. You can send them in any format such as JPEG, PDF, PSD, BMP, or GIF. Make sure that the image is a separate attachment in your email message. Please send us clear instructions on what you want such as exact sizing and any additional features.

10. Why does the stone look different from pictures or at the quarry?
Natural weathering can make stones appear darker or lighter from wetness or direct sunlight. Stones also have two sides and one may appear darker or lighter than the other side. Photographs are only a representation and due to lighting and time of day, may not represent the full beauty of the stone.

11. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. If you are picking up your order, we still request a period of 2 weeks to allow for enough time to cut and palletize the order. You can have expedited orders at additional costs. Please call us for details.

12. How do you clean granite, limestone, or marble?
Granite, limestone, and marble can be cleaned simply with warm water and drying afterwards. You can use a soft cloth and a gentle household cleaner. Wipe all spills immediately and avoid using acidic cleaners. We recommend using a polish once in six months for marble. Your stone was sealed at fabrication and will not need to be sealed again until three years or later. Call us to find out more about long-term care for your stone.
